Harbour structures completed at Inkoo LNG terminal

The quay structures and mooring points required by the LNG terminal vessel to be situated at the Port of Inkoo have been completed as planned.

The LNG terminal vessel due at the port is exceptionally large and therefore needs structures many times the strength required by conventional shipping traffic. During the project, the plans and implementation were refined in close cooperation with Gasgrid and Ramboll professionals and Boskalis Terramare’s partner network.

After the completion of the work yesterday, Terramare project manager Marko Saarelma stated that even in this work, carried out at record pace, Terramare’s motto “we do what we promise, right first time and working together” holds true.

Terramare would like to thank the client Gasgrid and all the parties involved for this outstanding project, which is important for Finland’s security of supply.
