NINA Expedition occupational safety training was completed at Terramare
Terramare celebrated the closing seminar of a six-month occupational safety training called NINA Expedition at Suomenlinna (sea fortress), Finland. The NINA Expedition is a Boskalis wide ‘learning‐by‐doing’ program that aims to develop participants’ personal safety leadership skills and thus improve the safety culture.
“Safety is a joint effort. We always start with safety. We work together, do what we promise, right in the first time in a safe manner. We listen instead of hearing, by being honestly interested and open minded. We proactively ask for feedback, show appreciation and give follow-up.”
